We started the trip towards the tunnel of S:t Gotthard, riding via Brunnen. It was a feast for our eyes, every moment. Switzerland gave an ever lasting memory of beauty, magnificent nature and friendliness. The Tunnel was an adventure by itself, 17 km long. We thought that the tunnels we passed after that was no real tunnels. Saying bye bye to Switzerland - we will come back - we drove into Italy on our way to Milan. We went to the center of Milan and out again, realizing that the traffic of Milan probably was meant for the citizens only....
Genova suddenly became the the goal for that days trip and we landed there safely late in the evening of the third day.
